Bullfrog has always been responsive and competent from the very first day we purchased our fireplace. They answer their phone, their wait time for service is good and they show up when they say they will and always get the job done. They never need to come back or "Don't have the parts". Richard is awesome- good trouble-shooter, super knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and clean worth his work.

Great work! Our gas insert is aged (21 years), but very well maintained. There was some question on how to repair and what could be done over the phone. Dude walked in had the cover and pieces off in a minute. Runs beautifully. Until text time.
